Overview
In this guide we will show you how to crop any layer within Wirecast. This feature is handy when you want to remove certain objects from a scene.

Add a new layer.
Click the ‘+’ button on the top layer.

Access the layer editor.
Double click on the ayer you wish to edit. Next on the top left of Wirecast, click on the ‘Shot Layers Properties’ icon, as seen in the screenshot.

Set the crop values.
Under the crop settings, you can specify how much you want to crop the layer, on each side. This value is in pixels.

Done!
You can now set the crop values for any layer in Wirecast.
